1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Parohub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Content you upload

You retain ownership of any 3D models, files, or other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading to a public repository, you grant Parohub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and serve that content to other users, subject to the license you choose for the repository.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Upload malware, dangerous weapons designs, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content without permission
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

5. Licenses on user content

Public repositories must have a license selected. The license you choose governs how other users may use your content. If no license is specified, the content is displayed publicly but no rights are granted beyond viewing. We strongly encourage selecting a Creative Commons license for public models.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parohub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
